Product Scope
PawSignal is a pet behavior-cue journal for dogs and cats. It helps users turn pet photo check-ins into visible body-language cues, likely behavior signals, care notes, journal history, follow-up questions, and trends over time.
PawSignal does not read minds, translate pet thoughts, diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatment, or replace a licensed veterinarian.
AI Results
AI-generated results are probabilistic and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing the output before relying on it.
For urgent symptoms, injuries, poisoning risk, pain, seizures, bleeding, severe distress, worsening health concerns, or unusual behavior, contact a licensed veterinarian.
You should not use PawSignal to make medical, medication, emergency, breeding, training-risk, or safety-critical decisions without appropriate professional judgment.
User Content
You are responsible for photos, notes, questions, and other content you provide. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
Do not use PawSignal to generate harmful, illegal, abusive, or misleading content.
You grant PawSignal the limited permission needed to process your content to provide app features, AI analysis, assistant responses, support, security, and service operation.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with PawSignal services.
- Bypass credits, subscriptions, purchase verification, App Check, or backend authorization.
- Upload illegal, abusive, infringing, exploitative, or harmful content.
- Use PawSignal to create or distribute medical misinformation.
- Use automated systems to abuse AI, ads, purchases, credits, or support.
Purchases And Credits
PawSignal may offer Free, Pro, and credit-pack options. AI analysis, assistant messages, reports, and other features may require credits.
Subscriptions and purchases are processed through App Store or Google Play. Store rules control billing, cancellation, refunds, taxes, family sharing, and payment disputes.
PawSignal may verify receipts and maintain entitlement records to prevent fraud, duplicate grants, or unauthorized access.
Deleting the app does not necessarily cancel a subscription. You must cancel subscriptions through the store account used for purchase.
Credits, features, prices, trials, and Pro benefits may vary by platform, region, store configuration, and app version.
Invitations And Referral Rewards
PawSignal may issue a 6-digit invitation code to an app identity. Unless the app states otherwise, an eligible invitation grants one credit to the inviter and one credit to the invited person only after the invited person completes their first successful server-side analysis.
The invited person must be a new PawSignal user and link the code before the first successful analysis. A linked invitation does not expire before that analysis. An inviter may qualify for rewards from up to three invited users in each 30-day reward period. Pending claims may reserve available reward spots in the active reward period, but remain linked when that accounting period resets.
Self-invites, duplicate or manipulated identities, automated claims, emulator or device-farm abuse, altered clients, false analysis completions, and attempts to bypass App Check or backend eligibility controls do not qualify. PawSignal may reject, withhold, reverse, limit, suspend, or investigate rewards reasonably associated with error, fraud, abuse, chargeback, or policy violation.
Invitation credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be used only for eligible PawSignal features. PawSignal may change or end the invitation program prospectively, but will use reasonable efforts to honor valid pending claims under the rules shown when they were accepted.
Ads
Free users may see ads or rewarded-credit opportunities where available. Pro users may receive ad-free photo checks as described in the app.
Rewarded credits are granted only when the ad flow completes and the app records a valid reward outcome.
Ad availability is not guaranteed.
Support
Support is available through support@pawsignal.xyz. We may ask for device platform, app version, product ID, transaction context, or anonymous app identity to investigate issues.
PawSignal support is not emergency veterinary support.
Availability
The app and website may change, become unavailable, or contain errors. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
We may suspend or restrict access if we believe a user is abusing the service, violating these terms, attempting purchase fraud, or creating risk for other users or systems.
Third-Party Services
PawSignal may depend on third-party services including Firebase, AI providers, App Store, Google Play, and AdMob. Their availability, terms, policies, and technical behavior may affect PawSignal.
Intellectual Property
PawSignal, the PawSignal name, product design, website content, app content, and related branding are owned by or licensed to the operator. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them except as allowed by law or with permission.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, PawSignal and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app, website, AI outputs, subscriptions, credits, or support.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, PawSignal is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
Governing Terms With Stores
If you downloaded PawSignal through App Store or Google Play, store terms may also apply. If there is a conflict about store-managed billing, subscription, refund, or distribution terms, the applicable store rules control those store-managed issues.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of PawSignal after changes means you accept the updated terms.
