What is PawSignal?
PawSignal is a pet behavior-cue journal for dogs and cats. It turns photo check-ins into visible body-language cues, likely behavior signals, care notes, and private journal history.
Can PawSignal read my pet's mind?
No. PawSignal does not translate thoughts or claim certainty. It looks at visible posture, expression, body language, activity, and scene context to provide a probabilistic interpretation.
Is PawSignal veterinary diagnosis?
No. PawSignal provides general mood, body-language, care, and behavior information. For injuries, poisoning risk, pain, severe symptoms, worsening health concerns, or urgent behavior changes, contact a licensed veterinarian.
When are photos uploaded?
Photos are saved locally for your journal. When you request an AI pet check-in, the selected photo data is sent to PawSignal backend services for analysis.
What data is used for product analytics?
PawSignal can sync coarse commerce, credit, ad, and growth events. Product analytics should not include raw photos, image bytes, prompts, questions, assistant answers, transcripts, diagnosis text, or detailed medical notes.
How do credits work?
Photo check-ins and assistant questions use credits. Pro adds more monthly credits and deeper journal tools, and one-time credit packs are available for users who do not want a subscription.
Why is the Google Play link already fixed?
Google Play public links are based on the Android package name, and PawSignal uses com.sunshing.aipetthought. The App Store link needs the separate numeric Apple App ID from App Store Connect.
How do I cancel or request a refund?
Subscriptions and refunds are managed by the App Store or Google Play account used for purchase. PawSignal cannot directly cancel a store-managed subscription for you.
How do I delete data?
You can remove local app data from your device and contact support for backend commercial or event data deletion requests tied to your anonymous app identity.
