Contact support for app access, purchases, credits, privacy requests, data deletion, or product questions.

Launch status

Google Play uses the fixed package name com.sunshing.aipetthought. If the public listing is still rolling out in your region, email support for current access status.

App Store link

The App Store web link needs the numeric Apple App ID from App Store Connect. Firebase GOOGLE_APP_ID and the iOS bundle ID are not the public App Store app ID.

Purchase issue

Include your store, product, approximate purchase time, and whether Restore Purchases changed your credit or Pro status.

Data deletion

For backend deletion requests, include your PawSignal anonymous app identity if available, device platform, and the email address you want us to use for follow-up.

Expected response

We aim to review support requests within 3 business days. Urgent pet health issues should go to a licensed veterinarian, not app support.
