Subscription Terms

PawSignal Pro, credits, rewarded ads, purchase verification, cancellation, restore purchases, and refund information.

PawSignal may offer subscriptions, one-time credit packs, and rewarded-credit opportunities.

PawSignal Pro

PawSignal Pro may include:

  • More monthly credits.
  • Ad-free care checks.
  • Multi-pet trends.
  • Weekly summaries.
  • Export-focused tools.

Specific benefits may change as the app evolves. Urgent health guidance is not intended to be hidden behind Pro.

Credit Packs

Credit packs may be offered as one-time purchases. Credits can be used for eligible AI analysis, assistant, report, or export actions depending on the current app feature set.

Failed AI calls should release reserved credits unless a complete answer or analysis was returned.

Rewarded Credits

Free users may be able to watch a rewarded ad to earn a credit when ads are available. Pro users may not see rewarded ads because Pro is intended to be ad-free.

Rewarded ad credit is granted only after the ad completes and a valid reward outcome is recorded.

Billing

All purchases are processed by App Store or Google Play. Your store account controls payment method, taxes, renewal, cancellation, refund eligibility, and receipts.

The Android package name is com.sunshing.aipetthought. The iOS bundle ID is com.sunshing.aipetthought.

Restore Purchases

Use the in-app Restore Purchases action if Pro or credits do not appear after a purchase. If restore does not resolve the issue, contact support with your platform, product, approximate purchase time, and transaction context.

Cancellation

Cancel subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play account used for purchase. Deleting the app does not necessarily cancel a subscription.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by App Store or Google Play. PawSignal cannot guarantee refunds or override store decisions.

Receipt Verification

PawSignal may send receipt, product, transaction, store, and purchase timing data to backend services for verification. Backend verification helps prevent duplicate grants and keeps Pro or credit access auditable.
